The Citizens EZ Home Improvement Loan program allows qualified low-to-moderate income owners to borrow $1,000 at 1% APR for small home improvement projects. Projects can include window/door installation, painting your home or new carpeting. Funds are limited to one loan per household. There are no fees or closing costs and payments can be automatically deducted from a Citizens Bank checking and savings account.
