The intent of the Emergency Repair Program is to address emergency situations such as utility service interruption and the repair of specific house systems such as a break in the sanitary system from the street to the house, a break in the water service from the street to the house, leaking roof system, electrical hazards at the main panel, hazardous chimney, water meter installation, defective heating system and a defective hot water storage heater.

The First Home Club program allows eligible potential owners to earn $4 in grant monies for every $1 saved over a 10-24 month time period.

This program is designed to help reduce fuel bills and to make homes more energy efficient!

Allows qualified owners to borrow $1,000 at 1% APR for small home improvement projects.
