HomeFront, Inc. also administers the American Dream Downpayment Initiative (ADDI) grant on behalf of the City of Buffalo as well as the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York (FHLB of NY) downpayment and closing cost assistance grant. These funding sources provide qualified clients with assistance with the costs of closing on a home.
