HomeFront, Inc. is a community development agency that has been working to promote healthy neighborhoods in Buffalo and Erie County since 1975. Our mission is to develop and implement equitable, sustainable, and efficient strategies for community development and revitalization in the Greater Buffalo Community through both independent and collaborative efforts.
HomeFront, Inc. pursues its mission through a multifaceted approach to community development that includes education, financial counseling and assistance, strategic planning, the use of collaborative partnerships, and housing acquisition and rehabilitation.
HomeFront currently offers programs in financial literacy for buyers, first-time homebuyer education, down payment and closing cost assistance programs, and a range of services for new homeowners such as support groups, home repairs, and money management.
